"Fast support when my booking got weird"
I had a small hiccup with my booking and wasn’t sure if it had gone through properly. I’m probably a bit biased because I really don’t have patience for booking issues, but I was relieved when customer support replied quickly.
The person who helped me was friendly and sorted it out without turning it into a whole complicated thing. I’ve used Park'N Fly before and generally liked it, but this made me feel even better about booking with them again

"Easy stay overall"
Check-in was really quick, and checkout went smoothly too. I only had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle, which wasn’t a big deal. Based on this visit, it seems like they’ve got the whole process well organized.

Used parknfly.ca last week the shuttle driver was great. He grabbed my bags before I even had to ask, which was a nice change from places where you’re kind of left standing there figuring it out yourself. Got us to the terminal quickly, and the pickup on the way back was smooth too. The driver showed up fast and was still friendly even though it was late at night. Made the whole airport parking thing way less annoying than it usually is. I’d definitely use them again.

"Nice little win on airport parking"
I was expecting airport parking to cost more, so finding this was a nice little win before the trip even started. It was cheaper than I thought it would be, everything worked fine, and overall it felt like good value

"Worth it if you park at the airport regularly"
I use Park'N Fly a few times a year, and the rewards program has been better than what I’ve gotten with some other airport parking options. The points actually add up, and on my last trip I was able to get a free day, which was a nice surprise. Booking through my account is simple, and the shuttle was easy enough and on time. Compared to a few competitors I’ve tried, it just feels like less hassle overall. Nothing fancy, but a solid little loyalty perk if you park often

"Staff were fine, but I had to be way too patient"
The staff were polite enough, but I felt like I had to force myself to be patient the whole time. Whenever I asked a question, it seemed like they were trying to rush through the answer instead of actually helping. Pickup went okay, so it wasn’t a bad experience, but it definitely didn’t feel especially friendly either.
